Catholic Youth Ministry (Grades 6 thru 12)

Saint Patrick Catholic Youth Ministry strives to form in each of our youth a Eucharist centered personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the Catholic faith that will empower them to be disciples of Jesus and enable them to develop into mature, life-long members of the Body of Christ.

Understanding the social and experiential nature of youth, the Saint Patrick Catholic Youth Ministry focuses on increasing faith in God through Catholic faith formation and participation in Sacramental and community life. We look to provide experience, guidance and teaching for the youth in the areas of prayer, worship, discipleship, stewardship, evangelization, and a personal relationship with God.

Theology of the Body for Teens presents the two hottest topics on the planet – God and sex – and "marries" them through Pope John Paul II's compelling vision for love and life. Using a great mix of stories, real-life examples, activities, prayers, and references to the culture that teens understand.

Theology of the Body for Teens answers the questions teens have about their own bodies, issues on sexual morality, and how they were uniquely created for greatness. Theology of the Body for Teens is an exciting and dynamic program, being offered by Saint Patrick CYM this summer. This program will give teens the answers and the tools they need to successfully and safely navigate through life

Theology of the Body for Teens will be presented in four afternoon sessions on August 1, 8, 15, 22. On each date there will be a separate session for middle school students and for high school students. Each middle school session will be repeated in evening session on August 3, 10, 17 & 24. Each high school session will repeat on August 4, 11, 18 & 25.

We request a $20 donation for the cost of the book.
